NC school keeping an eye on student's outfits
DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - A North Carolina university has launched a campaign to improve how students dress for class. The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Tuesday that North Carolina Central University Chancellor Charlie Nelms wants to stop students from wearing risque or sloppy outfits to school.
